Pros

One of the standout features of Basware is its commitment to work-life balance. Hybrid model has allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional responsibilities and personal life. The culture at Basware is collaborative and inclusive as leadership is always approachable and willing to provide support and guidance. Basware invests in its employees' growth through continuous learning opportunities and career development programs. As a Customer Success Manager, I've had access to various training sessions and workshops that have enhanced my skills and knowledge, helping me excel in my role. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Cons

As with any growing company like Basware, there may be occasional adjustments to organizational structure and processes that can require adaptation.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
