No politics, Good and Knowledgeable Management and co-workers, decent opportunities

Cons

Many a times you get work in unplanned way, you cannot specialise, have to work 9-10 hours a day, it's a small company so you cannot secialise, you have to work in many areas and many a times without proper training

A lot of opportunities to learn about manufacturing software. Employees are approachable, nice and some very knowledgeable on products.

Cons

Company keeps going through growing phases. HR policy should be better enforced and employees are getting away with company policies and perform in unethical manner. No room for growth. Company does not follow the contract job duties/roles that are listed in job descriptions. It's responsibilities over responsibilities and setting unrealistic expectations & deadlines.
