Stress free environment is one of the very few pros of working with BatchMaster Software. Another is the office location.
Cons
Home run management skills; Out of 10 HOD's only 2 are capable to helping or driving the team, rest are just holding the position because they have been in the company from the start; HR Policies not professional; No Health Benefits/policies for employee or employee's spouse or children. Exit procedure is pathetic;
