Company keeps going through growing phases. HR policy should be better enforced and employees are getting away with company policies and perform in unethical manner. No room for growth. Company does not follow the contract job duties/roles that are listed in job descriptions. It's responsibilities over responsibilities and setting unrealistic expectations & deadlines.
