Pros

Co workers and direct management were good people. Decent pay. Decent benefits.

MICROMANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY TOO FAR! I was here for many years and it was great for a long time. Then they started adding more and more and more rules that would add a ridiculous amount of time to my day to do it properly. Not to mention they want you to do the showers as fast as possible. So you push us to crank em out but add a minimum of an hour of pics per day. More paperwork than ever, even with all the new technology. THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS DESTROYING BATHFITTER.
