Pros
Flexible schedule, reimbursed for some mileage, some of the events are fun to attend, quality product
Cons
Can only work up to 28 hours a week, don't see the money I should be earning from leads/sales, not much respect for employees (everyone that I work with has been lied to on multiple occasions), only reimbursed for "permanent" locations and not reimbursed to full IRS mileage rate ($0.40/mile rather than $0.575). Only paid $30 when you sell a bathtub that costs much, much, much more than that ($X,XXX).
