Pros

You can take off on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Cons

as a marketing manager, it is never explicitly said, but you are expected to work 7 days a week, every week. They never say up front, but while you do most of your managerial duties Monday through Friday, you are expected to be at all events, and most of those are weekends, which in turn gives you a 7 day work week. On average you can expect to work no less than 75 hours per week, which means that if you hit each and every monthly bonus, you are still earning less than $10/hour. Also, most of your production is based on the performance of your staff, most of which are minimum wage earning senior citizens. Only retirees seem acceptable to working in the malls to write leads, and the company urges you to recruit seniors since they are dependable, but you try to find a motivated 70 year old making as much as a kid at McDonalds.

Pros

At the local branch great people. However no direction nor support whatsoever for the role that I had.

Cons

This company is lost in time. Stay away from them!!! They are not worthy of your time. The so called leaders and sales managers are a joke… people who just love to hear themselves talk and not qualify for the job they have. You will have no support, no training, no job clearly and how you need to perform. The sales manager is a very unpredictable person. He works with people who he likes. No sales history but just words that he knows how to sales. Honestly, this company is so far from being a good company that they don’t even realize how much the people who are selling their products dislike them not because they’re not good sales people it’s because the company doesn’t have a good product nor a firm knowledge of what it takes to be in the commercial market. All I heard was Talking but no actual action. Stay away for this company.
