Pros
Bath Fitter is the real deal when it comes to treating their employees with respect and integrity. I feel like a part of something great and work in an environment where I feel cared for and heard, both professionally and personally. We work hard, and face interesting challenges, but we are creative and have fun finding solutions. Not a day goes by where I don’t laugh. And the benefits are amazing...from the subsidized cafeteria, to the gym, and the dry cleaning and access to a nurse on site, they make your personal life easier to manage. Their kindness extends into the communities they serve. They are always giving back and finding ways to help, whether that be through food drives, financial contributions, and/or assisting with education, Bath Fitter is a class act through and through. I can’t say enough good things about this company with heart.
