Pros
They know how to sell the job to you, therefore you don't really have an interview, they just make sure you know what is on your resume. They make it sound like it's a really good company to grow with because most people know who they are.
Cons
They are really selective of who they actually train (I took notes from day one and was shocked that I didn't get the same treatment). Their policy's are screwed to work only for them. An example is they will write up and then fire you the next week for their misguidance. There are few opportunities to improve or advance and managers do not know how to talk to their team they just yell. Oh and they play calls of previous employees who were fired as a scare and training tactic and they are not ones that you can honestly be trained with. Although this is a owned family business they do not provide a good work - life balance.
