Pros
Can't think of one. Major mistake to go to work here.
Cons
In Houston they currently have a Branch Manager hired from outside the company that is former military. No problem with military people, but you ain't in the military any more when you are in the real business world. Cannot expect to have people snap to attention when you walk into the room. Leads are set for people who express any interest in knowing about the product. No qualifying of leads at all. Went on too many appts that were not what we do. Wasted time chasing leads that was not our scope of work. Company vehicle offered but you overpaid for it. Cost 1% of your commissions to drive company vehicle. Sell $100K for the month and they keep $1000. That's 2-3 car payments! They do not listen to employee suggestions. Houston manager has never been in sales and is out of touch. I've heard company wide they've hired a lot of operations manager types for BMs and they are driving the company into the ground. where do leads come from? Mostly from events, which is OK if the proper events. Crawfish festivals, hamburger festivals, and Trader's Village is not the right place to drum up leads.
