The installers like their job, and work hard. They encourage you by showing how the product is installed with great care and skill.
Cons
As a rookie sales person you get the worst leads. No matter what they say, they rank the leads according to "qualified to buy" and give the lowest to the new reps. You drive an hour or more on your own gas to find out they don't have a chance in hell of buying.
