Freedom. Always supported. Good pay no matter what position. Info from reviews that stated negative info should be taken with a grain of salt. The one about raises is mostly is false. Raises are not given often but the starting pay is high. Installers and consultants are commission only employees thus do make more when prices go up. HOWEVER, they didnt mention that prices rarely go up and if they have to price match to get the work then the commission amount is lower and thus they make less. Not to mention all the days the installers dont have work and consultants dont have leads at all, therefore those days those employees dont make any money at all. Each branch is different and the bad reviews are not true for most. The ceo of corporate was terminated and the owner has taken over leadership so there will be a lot of changes coming im sure. Good ones.

At the local branch great people. However no direction nor support whatsoever for the role that I had.

This company is lost in time. Stay away from them!!! They are not worthy of your time. The so called leaders and sales managers are a joke… people who just love to hear themselves talk and not qualify for the job they have. You will have no support, no training, no job clearly and how you need to perform. The sales manager is a very unpredictable person. He works with people who he likes. No sales history but just words that he knows how to sales. Honestly, this company is so far from being a good company that they don’t even realize how much the people who are selling their products dislike them not because they’re not good sales people it’s because the company doesn’t have a good product nor a firm knowledge of what it takes to be in the commercial market. All I heard was Talking but no actual action. Stay away for this company.
