This is most likely the worst job/company I have ever been employed with. During the interview process they didn't disclose that the Newark, CA location was in absolute shambles! The phone rings constantly with extremely angry customers wanting to know when their bathtub remodel with start or be completed. Some people have been left hanging with a half done bathtub for over 5-6 months. So imagine walking in blindly to a horrible and chaotic business. After about a week or two you start to get blamed for things that happened 4-5 years ago. There are so many companies paying more and you have to do way less. This place is only for the desperate. Everyday was a nightmare! I quit after 2 months. Literally sat at my desk one day and said "today is the day" Please don't walk past this place, RUN!!!

At the local branch great people. However no direction nor support whatsoever for the role that I had.

This company is lost in time. Stay away from them!!! They are not worthy of your time. The so called leaders and sales managers are a joke… people who just love to hear themselves talk and not qualify for the job they have. You will have no support, no training, no job clearly and how you need to perform. The sales manager is a very unpredictable person. He works with people who he likes. No sales history but just words that he knows how to sales. Honestly, this company is so far from being a good company that they don’t even realize how much the people who are selling their products dislike them not because they’re not good sales people it’s because the company doesn’t have a good product nor a firm knowledge of what it takes to be in the commercial market. All I heard was Talking but no actual action. Stay away for this company.
