Pros
Excellent product. People recognize the name brand. Work is not that difficult and you get to change locations which keeps it interesting. Good for retirees as a supplementary income. Pay is okay. Someone said they don't pay expenses on time. Never happened to me personally, but there were e few complaints about that form my coworkers.
Cons
First - having worked for this company for over a year, I can tell you with 99.9% certainty that the five star reviews are bogus. Most likely planted by upper management. Okay so - Cons: As I said, the work is not that difficult, but at times, excruciatingly tedious. Managers come and go. Stress level is very high. Upper echelon has no idea what goes on in the real world. Tend to treat their mall reps with very little regard. Outside event reps are always sent to the events farthest from where they live, to insure their cars fall apart in a timely manner.
