Pros
There is an opportunity for success. Leads are supplied. They will work with you on where your leads are. Income is above average. Benefits are OK./ I did hear the Laurel manager was fired after I left! BUt its the cheese at the top that needs to listen.
Cons
I was there 3 years and rarely given more than 1 lead per day and 2 on Saturday. There were 2 meetings a week! Mangers are weak. Training is monotonous and boring. There is a very apparent pecking order with leads, and not the kind that supports the closers. It seams the franchise owners let their egos get in the way of keeping good selling talent. I say this because I was a Million dollar producer and watched 2 other salespeople walk that were better than me.
