At the local branch great people. However no direction nor support whatsoever for the role that I had.

This company is lost in time. Stay away from them!!! They are not worthy of your time. The so called leaders and sales managers are a joke… people who just love to hear themselves talk and not qualify for the job they have. You will have no support, no training, no job clearly and how you need to perform. The sales manager is a very unpredictable person. He works with people who he likes. No sales history but just words that he knows how to sales. Honestly, this company is so far from being a good company that they don’t even realize how much the people who are selling their products dislike them not because they’re not good sales people it’s because the company doesn’t have a good product nor a firm knowledge of what it takes to be in the commercial market.
All I heard was Talking but no actual action.
Stay away for this company.
