Pros

Good benefits package, free products, discount at Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, White Barn Candle Company, Henri Bendel, LA Senza

Cons

Making sales plan isn't good enough. You must always be +10% over plan or more to keep from getting a write up. The company's training program is minimal and confusing. Don't plan on working here unless you thrive in a heavily sales commission environment, without getting commission. DM's do not support their srores, and expect their SM's to be super human. Everyone in 2016 has received an increase in pay except SM's. This used to be a great, values based company that cared about it's employees. Now all that matters is the all mighty dollar, at the cost of good people.

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
