Pros

Best job I've ever had! The employees are all very genuinely nice and respectful. I am only 18 so the job was difficult for me to get, considering I am going away to college within a month of getting the job. I am returning here to work on holidays and breaks. The greatest thing for me is how much it seems that the company cares about its customers and products. Every employee must be knowledgable about the products and is encouraged to sell by friendly reminders from the company and thank-you cards from staff.

Cons

I only get a few shifts a week that average 3-4 hours each, whereas I would like to work 5 days a week, so many employees have other jobs. However, this helps stop boredom and the routine that comes with other jobs.

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
