Pros

great employee discount decent pay if you make any hours

Cons

If you have bills like...car ,rent, electric, cable and if you have children this isn't the place to work. I absolutely made no money. They was always saying how they never had hours available and they was always calling to cancel my shift. They pay every two weeks I was working at least twice a week if that. There was times I went two weeks with no work. That was when I quit. It was truly a waste of time and gas working there. Never again!!!!!

Pros

Generous pay for management, paid holidays and maternity leave for full timers, good benefits. Treats us more like humans than any other business I’ve ever worked for

Cons

Work/life balance can be hard, especially around the holidays

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
