Pros

Great Pay Overtime Bosses were not strict Free Product

Cons

My two managers would edit their time every week to act like they were there when they were not. My assistant manager was being paid overtime every single week when she would leave most days at 1 when I got there. My store manager would just not show up to open the store and barely worked 3 hour days throughout the week before leaving. She would always edit her time to say she worked over an 8 hour shift. Both managers would stay clocked in all week and then edit time right before doing payroll. My district manager was aware of this and never said anything. I texted her about the incident and she never responded. The whole company is a mess. I would never suggest anyone work there.

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
