Pros

easy job to get coworkers are nice(some are over the top)

Cons

I have never had a job that was so cut throat. I thought I was imagining things my first couple days. I wanted to keep my job for about a year as a sales associate, but as a student this job is too stressful. It is one of the most stressful jobs I have had. The management tells you to sell, sell, and sell. It is ridiculous. After all it is lotion and creams. How much do people need? I thought it would be a fun place to work, instead it turned out to be the opposite----stressful!

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
