Toxic executive leadership. Employees who respectfully verbalize concerns a frequently terminated without cause. Toxic organizational culture where employees either "get onboard" with leadership decisions or face retaliation. Human Resources fully support toxic leadership behaviors. Bottom line... if you choose to work at this organization, feedback or opinions that differ from the position of leadership will be used against you, whether your feedback and concerns are legitimate or not if your leadership so chooses. Regardless of your performance or dedication to your role, you will be eliminated if you think independently.
