      Baton Rouge General has an administration that cares deeply for the employees. They are careful to listen to employees and their recommendations. The organizational climate is fantastic, and working there is like joining a big happy family. They always have events going on for employees and families.

      Cons

      I wish the pharmacy was open for longer hours, but it is a benefit for employees and it is an awesome thing to have for employees.
