Pros
Pay, Benefits, overall work family. Always doing activities to include not only you but your family. No matter what office or specialty they treat you as you are part of their team as well.
Cons
Location I was at (LSF) had horrible management. They would have office favorites. No matter how hard you worked they would nit pick what you did and reprimand you. Falsely accused you of poor performance to hinder you from getting your bonus. When you went to management with a personal problem your problem was spread through the office like wildfire.
