      The staff at BRG is very friendly in multiple departments and it feels like a very inclusive place. Working with our patients is fulfilling and it’s feels like you’re making an impact.

      Lower pay than other hospitals; under staffed; upper administration isn’t great. It can be a very stressful work environment due to high caseloads.
