      Pros

      The pay is great and their reputations precede them. The staff are pretty easy to get along with and for the most part there are some perks.

      Cons

      There is a lot of disorganization, not a lot of complexities to the work, the contracts seem to be slow, benefits are getting reduced, promotions are hard to come by, high turnovers
