Pros
The people who do the heavy lifting are smart, innovative, and a joy to work with. The work is interesting and rewarding.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to care that morale has been low for years and is getting lower. Constant re-orgs make it near impossible to do our best work. Expectations are high to do more with less. There is a lack of transparency and it is difficult to progress on a scientific track.
