Unfair to new employees - Analyst Battelle Employee Review

New employees are not treated the same. Some are fast tracked through training while others languish in one step of training for weeks. Upper management does not seem to care. It seems to be chemists who are older than 45 who are left to languish. If you fall into that category and are being hired as an analyst, you've been warned. If you hire in as a technician, there is a different lead trainer who seems to treat everyone equally.
