Pros
Pay is average based on my location. They recently added a flexible work schedule where you can work 80h in 9 days and take alternating Fridays off, though if you're working on a contract for them, that schedule doesn't apply to you.
Cons
Benefits are cut every year and have been since about 2014. We've had 4 days of PTO taken away in the last 12 months. Health insurance is nothing to write home about. It's expensive and doesn't cover what it should for the cost. The health benefits have been weakening for years now. I can't speak for non-contractors but if you're working on a contract for them, you're a paycheck to them and nothing more.
