Pros
Currently, working at Battelle is not easy. However, Battelle has a rich history that balances some of its recent sins and poor choices of authority assignments.
Cons
Battelle's executives are devoid of vision and strategy. Changes are mostly effectuated because of power plays, politics, or personal issues. Battelle is currently poorly organized and its HR department has too much power to make blunders and quickly cover them up. Too many negatives to account at the time.
