Pros
Worked on some great tasks. Tasks were meaningful, important tasks that contributed value to the client Peers were generally good to outstanding. Overall staff is good to excellant. Salary was OK. Not the best, but better than most. Good awards program. I won an award for my work, which was very rewarding. My superiors were the best. They looked out for me as much as they could.
Cons
HR establishes policies and no one can change the policies. If you make HR mad look out, not even your superiors can turn HR around. HR has run off some talented folks which has reslutled in a downward turn for Defense Business. Policies are made for folks in Columbus and do not always consider the satellite offices. Be prepared to travel to Columbus a lot.
