The salary exceeds industry average. The benefits are just average.
Cons
Extreme favoritism. Well qualified individuals are black listed from advancement because of favoritism. Some employees are held to higher standards than the average employee because of management bias. They cannot keep employees because of low morale. They constantly run at half staff. If an employee does experience problems, that person's signature is not required for an HR report. This opens the door for abuse of policy. Several employees are on their "third strike" without any acknowledgement on their part. Currently, reports can be made to HR without an employee knowing anything about it.
