Every hour worked must be charged to contracts resulting in almost no mentorship and little support from colleagues unless they do it on their own time. The division is too focused on quick wins and doesn't have a sustainable strategy. Direct management is not responsive to concerns and does not take care of the people resulting in the loss of top talent.
