Pros
Constantly changing environment allows for work on a lot of different projects. If you're proactive there are a lot of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects can offer creative thinking. The company never demotes people, they only promote.
Cons
Current employee morale is low. Benefits being reduced while upper management incentive compensation has never been higher. Management wants everyone to work 10 to 20 hours more per week while keeping the pay the same. The change to a PTO system for time off reduces vacation/sick time.
