Pros
Most colleagues are willing to lend a helping hand. There are many, many smart people here and we have delivered some amazing things to make the world a better place. Strong emphasis on culture and things have improved over the past 5+ years.
Cons
Some colleagues have only worked here and so they only know one way of doing things. Those employees often rush to judgement, or because they are experts in their discipline, they think they are experts at everything. The employees who have worked at other companies and in other industries are the ones who understand that life here is not bad. In fact, compared to many other organizations, life here is quite good.
