      Pros

      Some interesting problems being worked on by some very smart and kind people. Flat org structure removes bureaucracy from getting in the way of the work, mission first. Upper management is transparent and easy to talk to. Great place to work as an engineer.

      Cons

      Contract churn can get you moved around from project to project more than I would like, but that seems standard for this field.
