Pros
CEO is excellent and willing to provide frequent, honest, updates on company. Consistent performance planning is part of company expectations. Annual merit and bonus compensation. Company is doing well overall and has had record growth. There are internal advancements available. This company is continually thinking of new ways to grow. In years of being an employee, I have never been bored or needed new things to work on. There is a strong midwestern value and culture.
Cons
High growth company - pace is at a fast clip, multi taskers should only apply. Those that need time to complete a task before proceeding to next need not apply. The company is growing fast and things such as parking lot space is an issue and some departments are spread across the country. Management seems open to remote telecommuting though.
