Pros
Good benefits, flexible time off when needed, great employee discounts. Most of the work was not too hard at all and the employees I worked with were a great bunch of people.
Cons
Starting the first month of 2011, the whole philosophy of the company seemed to change. More emphasis was put on unrealistic sales goals. If one didn't meet or exceed those goals, they were threaten with termination. A lot of the excellent customer service, that was present in the past, has disappeared. The company (profits) came first, the customers second. Not a great way to run a retail operation! Many of the current employees are very unhappy with this new way of operation.
