Favoritism. Upper management is incompetent. Rarely receive raises. Rarely are people promoted from within. Must run deposits to bank at night after clocking out. Upper management does not care about employees. Employees are dispensable to management. Customers will get angry with ridiculous policies you must enforce. Hours are horrible (it is retail after all). Bonuses are unrealistic and are rarely bonuses at all.
