Low pay scale resulted in never enough employees. Had to pull employees from one store to another. Gave manager titles to employees with little training. Hired employees with past drug problems which always failed. Employee Handbook / Policy manual contained hundreds of emails with nothing stated concerning employee benefits. All incentive programs were a joke. Owner made money selling required company shirts to employees.
