Cell Phone Repair Tech - Anonymous employee Batteries Plus Bulbs Employee Review

This job was misrepresented as an electronic repair tech with training provided. It was all retail sales and hit the ground running was the expectation. It was difficult to find a coworker to provide guidance when trying to assist a customer. Was never told that I would be expected to get under the hood of a customer's car and install the car battery they just bought. Customer service is wonderful but that is a stretch from electronics repair. They let me go after three weeks. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my W-2 in March. Have made multiple requests to corporate office.
