Cons
There are no cost-of-living raises. The wages are sub-par to begin with. Everyone is pushed into retail sales, and there are incentives, but if you make too much, they will change it up,or they will be reduced frequently and can't be depended on. Any sort of advancement means mandatory overtime and no compensation, and the raises given are not worth the increased responsibility. Or they do it acc a bonus so they can take it away ay their convenience. The only way to really make more money here is to work more hours, and possibly hurry yourself on the job, trying to do it without proper tools and eqiupment.
