Pros
Benefits aren't bad, easy to get time off with a flexible manager. Pay is amazing for a retail store. Servicing customers is a team effort with everyone helping each other out.
Cons
If you're a female, be prepared for legions of rude customers and maybe even an employee or two hitting on you on a daily basis. This job is pretty physical and requires some strength. You may ruin every pair of pants with battery acid and your thumbs will be lacerated from Xacto blades.
