Pros
The job all in all is relatively easy. The most challenging part is dealing with customers, which is an art. The people you work with can be fun. The managers that I worked with, worked hard. Lots of laughs. Lots exercise (I now have battery muscles). Learned a lot of technical things I wouldn't have learned any where else.
Cons
Corporate and franchise are rum like two different businesses. Owners don't are becoming out of touch. Winters unsheltered in the upper mid-west is burutal installing batteries in -50°wind chill. The spiffs are a bit of a joke. Micromanagement becoming a problem. Work load for pay becoming unbalanced.
