Pros
they were flexible during the pandemic but that has lessened over time.
Cons
A lot of managers have no idea what's going on and there is a huge lack of transparency across all departments. Seems like they're consolidating the company as a whole and rumors speculating a buy out which is making everyone really nervous. Top leaders are leaving which scares us too. HR isn't helping.
