Pros
Work/life balance is good most of the time. Some of the info you learn is good for your own knowledge.
Cons
If you don't work at the corporate level, you are at the mercy of the franchisee when it comes to your wages/Salary. The one I worked for doesn't even pay a livable wage. The commission structure was terrible, and the benefits were even worse. This particular franchisee is now moving to a "strictly commission" plan for his reps, but still doesn't have a livable commission structure in place. The store manager position is even worse. With no positive reinforcement, more hours expected, high turnover, and increasingly difficult sales goals to hit with little to no reward for hitting them. There is zero opportunity to make a career for yourself unless you are willing to live in Wisconsin. DO NOT APPLY.
