Wanna-be startup culture such as fatty snacks, cheap jug booze and fun company wide activities that are forced out of HR. Monthly allowance to purchase embrassing jewelry that shatters into pieces when you sneeze or turns your piercings into a pool of puss. Inspiring leaders who will lie and spit on your face after working you to the ground and set you up for failure. Cute offensive racist nicknames for employees, handpicked by the co-founders.

Cons

Graveyard of former employees. Lack of common respect.
