Some of the fellow employees are nice

- Co-founders are children with zero leadership aptitude and zero emotional intelligence. - Aggressive emails sent by leadership at all hours of the day and night and all weekend long. - Most inefficient company ever imaginable as management requests rework of everything mere hours before programs are scheduled to be in market. - No processes or strutures - Micromanagement culture - embarrassing dealing with external providers and partners as the company routinely fails to pay invoices for many many months.
