Pros
I have worked for BaubleBar for a little over a year now and would have to say that I consider this company as my second family. One should be so lucky to work for a start up who understands, cares, and is 100% invested in their customers as equally as they are to their own employees. BaubleBar has a great force driven and creative team dynamic where ideas are welcome all across the board. We work as a collective unit and believe in the future this company holds in fashion jewelry. Not to mention, the cofounders are the most amazing people you will ever work with. It has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone thus far in all departments and I look forward to the continued immense growth and success of BaubleBar.

I must admit...with the perks of your occasional breakfast, lunch, birthdays, events etc, I have definitely gained quite a few happy pounds in my year with BB. Eeek!
