Pros

-Friendly, diverse, and encouraging staff -Great discounts, partnership perks, some free swag -Employees tend to see the positives rather than the negatives when risks that are taken. Trial & error methods allow some room for error without too much blame if something doesn't work out perfectly -This company is growing rapidly and has partnered with big companies like Anthropologie. BB is not going anywhere for a while

Cons

-Because it's a startup, things can feel a bit disorganized. A lot of trial & error occurs which is not always a bad thing, but sometimes can be hectic and overwhelming -Long hours
